At STOPDV, our goal is to help those seeking an order of protection navigate the court system in Faulkner County as easily as possible. Our Crisis Intervention Specialists will work one-on-one with you and assist you with any questions that you may have when filling out an order of protection. When you fill out an order of protection, the services do not end there. We have a team of advocates able to assist you with any questions you may have. For qualifying petitioners, our Protection Order Attorney will also be able to assist you with any legal questions or advice. Client Confidentiality
STOPDV serves a clientele that must be protected at all times. The safety and protection of our clients is our number one priority with all of the services we offer. Disclosure of a survivors location or other personal information is strictly prohibited by all STOPDV team members and associates. Though, there are some circumstances in which we are legally required to provide information to law enforcement officials.
