STOPDV provides legal services to survivors of domestic violence navigating through the order of protection process in Faulkner County. Our Protection Order Attorney represents eligible petitioners in order of protection hearings. Any legal questions should be directed to our attorney on staff. In addition to Advocacy and Legal services, STOPDV now provides Order of Protection services. To petition for an Order of Protection just come to room 306 of Justice Building to start the process. We want our clients to know that we are here to listen to YOU. We will connect you with the resources to help empower you to take control of your own life. We will SUPPORT you in whatever decisions you make to feel SAFE. We will help you navigate through the court system and make sure that YOUR voice is heard. Along with our services to clients, we advocate for domestic violence survivors at the systemic level to law enforcement officials as well as legislators.
